Slums are the first stop for the immigrants who are looking for a shelter when they arrive in a city for the first time. It is a place of mixing for different cultures that often produces new movements in arts and the crush that predominates in them can sometimes lead their communities and neighborhoods in levels of solidarity unknown to the rich suburbs. |
