MONUMENTA and the HELLENIC SOCIETY OF ENVIRONMENT & CULTURE appealed to the SC against the demolition and non-designation of an eclectic house of the interwar period on Kallinikou Street in Koliatsou, in December 2023. The temporary injunction prevented the demolition for the time being.
