The film Silent Machines of the philosopher-cinematographer Thanasis Rentzis is a meditation on time that touches upon the memory of industrial landscapes, as an object of history for which knowledge comes as salvation. This is a fictional movie of documentation, a way of meandering and approaching the feeling of ‘specific’ of industrial heritage. |
