Neoclassical three-storey building of the late 19th century, designed by architect Ernst Ziller. In 1931 there was an addition of a fourth floor designed by architect Vasileios Kassandras and civil engineer Nikolaos Gavalas (building permit 4046- 04/11/1931). It has been listed.
