Building with two floors that sheltered "the Kallisperi's house". Today it has no use and it is located at the junction of Kallisperi Nikolaou and Parthenonos streets. The building was built in 1911 and it has neoclassical and eclectic features. It consists of the main house, two auxiliary buildings and a garden and it has been listed.
