The six-storey apartment building of K. Antonopoulos & I. Grezos is one of the most significant buildings of modern architecture in Athens of the interwar period. It was designed by architect Kyriakoulis Panagiotakos (building permit 624 - 7/3/1933) with special consideration for common areas. It is known as "blue apartment building" due to its initial color designed by painter Spyros Papaloukas. It has been listed.
