Two-storey neoclassical building. Between 1929 and 1971 the American archaeologists Carl Blegen and his wife Elizabeth Pierce Blegen and Bert Hodge Hill and his wife Ida Thallon Hill lived in it. Since 2008, it has housed the J.F. Costopoulos Foundation. It has been listed.
