Three-storey neoclassical building. It was built in 1834 by the Fanarioti businessman Georgios Kantakouzinos and designed by the Danish architect Hans Christian Hansen. Today it shelters the Friendship Club Dourouti Metaxourgeio of the Municipality of Athens. It has been listed.
