House with three floors of the 30th-century building. The construction was undertaken by the civil engineer Georgios Protopappas and the plans by the architect Dragatsis. It belonged to the Stamatis Svoronos family. It was bought by the Lalaounis family. Renovated by Vasilis Grigoriadis and designed by the French architect Bernard Zehrfuss. Today it houses the Ilias Lalaounis Jewelery Museum, which has been operated since 1993. The building has been listed.
