Two storey neoclassical building originally with residential use. Today it shelters the 37th Kindergarten and the 21st Elementary school of Athens ‘Lela Karagianni’. It is dated from the 19th century and traditionally it is referred to as Otto’s refreshment store. It was built in the time period of January 1897 – June 1899 and originally it was used as a residence. From 1904 it functioned as a clinic, later from the beginning of the 1940 decade until 1959 as an Industrial school and later as a school. The building has been listed.
