Hat factory. It was built in 1886 by the fabric trader Elias Poulopoulos (1850-1930) and sheltered the «Greek hat - factory», widely known as «ΠΙΛ-ΠΟΥΛ» (PIL-POUL)". It was the oldest hat factory of Athens. It has beeb listed.
