Interwar five-storey building that shelters the historic Mousouris' Theatre. The theatre was constructed at actor Kostas Mousouris' expense and was inaugurated in 1934 named as Aliki's Theatre in honor of his wife, actress Aliki Theodoridi. In 1951 the theatre was redesigned by architect Kimon Laskaris and was renamed as Mousouris' Theatre. The building has been listed.
