Building's entrance detail
The building was built at the beginning of the 20th century according to the plans of the architect Emmanuel Kriezis. In the 1920s, renovation works were carried out by the company "Beton Arme" of the civil engineer Moschos Diamantopoulos. It has been listed.
The architect and civil engineer Andreas Kriezis designed many residences for businessmen. One of them is the Sofianopoulou house. From the the archive of the construction company "Ergoliptiki" it appears that renovation works were carried out in 1920.
