Two-storey building of the modern movement. The ground floor was built in 1934. Τhe first floor was added in 1949. It was designed by the architect Xenofontas Αιgidis. Minimal architectural volumes, asymmetry and lack of ornamentation are the building's main features. The fountain and the Rhodes-style pebble mosaic were added during renovation carried out in 1999.
