Shooting Paravela: A small exhibition of photographs will open on Saturday, September 18 (19:00 pm) at Argos Orestikon's recently completed Cultural Centre. The exhibition is part of the event A Museum for Orestis organized by the local Ephorate of Prehistoric & Classical Antiquities. The photos, taken by members of the dig's senior and junior staff, show our impressions from Paravela's quiet landscape, its summer colours and - often breathtaking - light variations. Dimitris Plantzos will offer a short report on the dig's two seasons so far.
