The Public Relations and Press Office of the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Public Works announced that the proprietors of traditional and preservable buildings who wish to restore them and to use them as their residence will be able to obtain loans whose rates will be subsidized at a percentage equaling the 50% of the issuance rate. The subsidization will be granted for new loans covering sums up to € 100.000 and with regard to the overall Greek territory.
